I'm sharing this one, as it's the same conclusion I arrived at...but for this blogger, it seems she arrived at the same destination via a different path. I started with the leaky gut ideas, discovering along the way that I thought I had several histamine issues...she concluded a leaky gut as she investigated her histamine issues...
